VICTORIA BACA has endangered the safety of countless children and police officers all for her lust for Publicity.
Regardless of the DA's statement, VICTORIA (Fonseca Wilson) BACA obstructed a police officer in the line of duty in a very dangerous situation.
This is the same woman that used a bullhorn 12-years-ago, to tell Vista Heights Middle School children to leave campus during mid-morning break, and join her and two other adult convicted felons PICKETING ON THE SIDEWALK. Needless to say hundreds of kids ran off campus some to not return. They were out unsupervised and unprotected on the streets.
