ARE YOU A CONVICTED FELON?
Once your conviction is EXPUNGED, you can lawfully answer that you have never been convicted of the crime. For government jobs, licenses, and law enforcement questions. You will need to disclose the case, but you can note, "Case dismissed pursuant to California Penal Code, section 1203.4."
